I opened my business in 2008 and it has grown steadily. I attribute the continued success to several factors upon which I originally modeled All On The Line "your Honda and Toyota specialist" During my 20 years working in new car dealerships, I developed a solid technical foundation in electrical troubleshooting, manual and automatic transmission repair, engine overhaul, check engine light diagnosis, a/c diagnosis, and ABS SRS TCS system repairs. The individual and personal service I provide requires that I work by appointment only. This gives me adequate time to accurately diagnose and thoroughly explain any repairs my customer's automobile may require.

In 1989 I was working for a Honda, Isuzu, and Suzuki car dealership in Central Florida. During what some considered a recession, in 1991, I moved to a Honda dealership in an area with a high concentration of retired people. I learned that the trust factor a customer gives their technician can form a long lasting relationship beneficial to the dealership, technician, and the customer. When I moved to North Carolina, in 1993 , I had the skills to enter almost any dealership. The dealership that looked the best to me was Leith Honda in Raleigh, NC. At the time they were not hiring but I was able to persuade the Parts and Service Director to give me a chance. Given that chance I stayed for almost 16 years. I learned a tremendous amount while working for Leith. I took advantage of any technical training that was available and achieved my Honda Master Technician status before I was 25 years old. I achieved my ASE Master Technician Certification that year also. After working in a shop foreman- management role for several years, I recognized that eventually becoming a service manager was no longer my goal. I returned to the technician position for about 5 years. This allowed me to rekindle the strong personal customer base I had developed in my earlier years at Leith. Many of these customers would only allow me to work on their cars. Now that I have my own shop I want to continue to build strong relationships with my current and new customers.
